BLYTHEWOOD, S.C. PPT’s hot gas test and heavy-duty engine dynamometer cells provide real-world validation of the turbocharger to the original design intent. Additionally, with its 100 percent end-of-line cold functional test process, every single turbo can be correlated back to the compressor map. NVH analysis will identify any hidden defects, which can affect long-term reliability of the turbo. PPT provides only the highest OEM-level of engineering quality certified to TS 16949.
