2025 SCC Table Tennis Competition Event Date: Grand Opening on June 16, 2025

Event Slogan: ”Work Hard, Play Harder!”

Where passion clashes with sweat and wisdom duels with skill!

The 2025 SCC Table Tennis Competition has attracted 28 employees in total, including 22 gentlemen and 6 ladies. This is the first time SCC has ever organized a table tennis competition, you’d never imagine there are so many hidden masters in our plant.

The competition is held in four events: men’s singles, women’s singles, men’s doubles, and mixed doubles.

On the court, we witnessed the perfect combination of speed and power, sweat glistening on the foreheads of the players, the competition for each point was exceptionally fierce. After the match, those smiles full of accomplishment were the best reward for their efforts.

This competition is not only a sports event, but also a display of team spirit and corporate culture. Looking forward to the future, we can continue this enthusiasm and spirit to every corner of our work and life.

Let’s “WORK HARD, PLAY HARDER!”

Employee Spotlight at SCC China: Liang Jiao

Let’s extend our warmest congratulations to Liang Jiao on welcoming her baby smoothly this June and stepping into the role of a happy mother! At the same time, let’s also learn about her growth journey and stories at SCC.

Profile and Background

Q: Could you share some information about your background and how you first joined SCC?

A: I graduated in 2019 and have been engaged in quality-related work ever since. In 2021, I learned through a friend’s recommendation that SCC was recruiting a Quality System Engineer. After several rounds of interviews, I successfully joined the company, and it has been 4 years now.

Q: What positions have you held here so far?

A: When I first joined, I worked as a Quality System and Change Management Engineer, mainly responsible for the maintenance of the IATF16949 system, internal audits, and change management. Later, as I accumulated more experience, I took on project management responsibilities for a period of time. Currently, my main focus is still on the overall establishment and change management of the quality system.

Fun and Personal Life

Q: When you joined SCC, you were very young and single. Now you have gone through marriage and having a baby. Can you share these happy moments in your life with us?

A: I really feel that time flies! At SCC, I have not only achieved professional growth but also completed the transformation of my life roles. My husband and I were classmates; we went from wearing school uniforms to walking down the aisle in wedding dresses. We held our wedding earlier, and this year we welcomed our baby. These happy moments make my life feel more complete and also give me more motivation to balance work and family well.

Closing Remarks

Q: Is there anything else you would like to share about your experience, your team, or your future goals?

A: I am very grateful for every day at SCC. This team has not only helped me.
