Nicole Quinn

Nicole Quinn is Director of Human Resources for PurePower Technologies and Stanadyne’s United States employees at the company’s Jacksonville, North Carolina; Detroit; and, Windsor, Connecticut, locations. She is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the U.S.-based organization.

Quinn is a seasoned human resource professional with more than 20 years of progressive experience and a rich history working in the automotive industry. She is a strong leader skilled in talent management, employee relations, and human resources administration. Most recently, she served as PurePower’s Human Resources Manager for six years.

Quinn began her career with Sodexho Campus Services at the University of South Carolina in 1999, where she quickly advanced to manage a human resources department. She worked as a member of the PurePower Human Resources team from 2005 to 2013 and, after a three-year stint with Trane, returned to PurePower in 2016.

She has a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina, with a focus in management and marketing.
